We’re beyond excited to share a number of exciting news with you. Are you ready 😊 ?

Metal feet on the bottom of the All Day Bag 

As per request we developed and tested All Day Bags with metal bottom feet and the result is …. drumrolls … just perfect!!! We added a total of 5 bottom feet that are big enough to keep the All Day Bag off of the floor and to keep it protected, yet also barely visible at the same time. The feet we ended up choosing support the minimal clean look of the All Day Bag and even add a touch of elegance. We added photos below, go take a look! Thank you so much to all of you for the brilliant idea. We went ahead and decided: they are keepers! We will have them on all bags, all colours. This is why we love the crowdfunding community. We are literally all in this together. 

P.S. The All Day Bag prices stay the same, this addition is on us at no extra cost. 

Add-Ons

In the survey you filled many of you also asked for matching wallets and pouches. The past few weeks we’ve been busy designing and creating samples. We have developed matching zip wallets, card holders, passport sleeves, and travel pouches. We think the results look beautiful and they absolutely embody the All Day spirit of design meets function. You can add any of these products after the campaign ends in the survey which will be sent via email. These prices will be exclusive only to our pre-order crowdfunders like yourselves! You will have the option to add these items on at checkout when we send the survey. The photos of each add-on is below as well as its price. They are made from the same leather and color as the All Day bag so you can be able to match your bag perfectly or get funky and mix a few colors.

Passport Wallets: $45

The passport wallets fit any sized passport. They come with 4 card slots (credit cards, ID, green card, driver license), 2 SIM card slots (for international travel), a slot for the passport on the right and 2 slots on the left for your boarding pass and/or any other document.

Zip Around Wallet: $45

Our 2nd generation zip around wallet has been upgraded. It includes 4 card slots on the left. A place for cash fitting Euros, USD, Pounds, CAD and everything in between. On the right is a coin pouch and a few hidden slots underneath.

Travel Pouches - $45 

Our classic travel pouch is the perfect companion for keeping your essentials within reach during your travels or for a night out.

Bi-Fold Card Wallet - $35

With 4 slots on the inside and 1 on the outside, this is the perfect minimalistic card holder.

COVID-19

By now we’re all aware of the severity of COVID-19. We want to let you know how we’re dealing with it. We’re still very much on schedule with our All Day Bag production. Every day, we are talking to our manufacturing team in India and we are making sure everything is running smoothly. Pre-production has already started and we’ve also built-in a generous time buffer into our September delivery estimate in case any unexpected delays happen. So if everything goes according to schedule we’re even hoping to deliver a bit earlier. Of course, we cannot foresee how further developments will unfold. But we promise to keep utmost transparency if anything changes. We will keep all of you updated. As of now though, we’re still on time!

What's Next

When the campaign ends next Wednesday (March 25th), we will send out surveys for you to choose your color, any add-on products, and give us your delivery address. Until then, please help us spread the news and share the campaign with your girlfriends, your sister, or your mom. Thank you so much for all of your support. We very much appreciate your pledges and promise to deliver the best possible product that you will be very happy with. Big thanks to all new customers and to all of you who already own other products of ours, you guys rock! Color Survey Time

Hi Backers,

This is our 3rd update! For those of you new, welcome and thank you so much for your pledges. We're deeply grateful for where we are at in the campaign with still 26 days left. 

Color Preference Survey

We're 2 weeks into the campaign and we want to get a head start with our supplier. To get the production ball rolling it's super important for us to start making some critical supply chain decisions . In the survey we have photos of the All Day Bag in all color options. If you backed one All Day Bag, please choose the 1 color you think you will want to have. If you pledged for more than one bag, simply choose the color(s) you think you will want. But don't worry, this isn't a binding question so if you want to change your mind later you can 😊.

This is a super simple but critical survey and it shouldn't take more than 15 seconds. 

Want to Pledge for More Than 1 All Day Bag?

We've gotten a lot of questions on how to add 1, 2, 3 or as many All Day Bags you like. Simply follow the instructions below:

• Click on the green button at the top titled "Manage Your Pledge".
• Click on the blue button on the bottom right titled "Change Your Pledge".
• Double the pledge amount for 2x bags. For 3x bags, you triple the amount and so on.
• Once the campaign ends, we will send out surveys and the survey will automatically know you pledged for multiple bags. After that, you will be able to choose your colors and enter all of your shipping information.

P.S.

We're exploring the much requested addition of bottom feet to the All Day Bag. Our manufacturing partner is creating a sample as we speak that will go through tests first. Once we approve, we'll send out a separate survey with photos to see how many of you would prefer bottom feet as we would have to apply them to all bags. Exciting! Stay tuned :).

We Heard You - Black Pebble Now Available

Hi All!

Thank you for joining us as we have just launched our campaign. This is our 5th campaign and if you are new here then welcome to the gang! For those who have been with us before, welcome back! We got a flurry of messages asking us if we can offer the Black in Pebble. We were going to hold off on it until later but decided to release it now by popular demand. Woohoo! We've added the Black Pebble in the menu within the campaign. To order the Black Pebble, simply back the Pebble Reward and you will be able to choose your color at the end of the campaign.

We're just getting started and look forward to a fun and exciting campaign. Please help us spread the word :)

Dear Backer and Friends,

It’s a great pleasure for Johnathan and me to write this update.

When we originally came up with the idea of a bag that could fit for the needs of today’s woman we came across design challenges. During this time, we were just finishing up our Duffle Backpack Kickstarter, which was our 2nd Kickstarter. The business was young but our design ideas were bigger and we knew, what would ultimately become the All Day Bag, needed to be well thought out.

We were and always have been trying to come up with elegant solutions that combined function, versatility, and style. During the design process of the All Day Bag, we would create prototypes in our studio out of paper -trying to find the perfect balance of a women's bag that embodied the elegant essence of a beautiful handbag, the unmistakable comfort of a backpack, and the simple ease of a tote.  Coming up with ideas is one part of the process. The other part is refining the ideas. If you know our previous products, our number one priority when coming up with innovative bag solutions is to make them very simple and very intuitive to use. We want these bags to fit into your life as seamlessly as possible. We believe that the refinement process is what truly sets us apart. It takes a lot of time, testing, and passion for finding real solutions. Because of backers like you, who invest in our products and our company, we are able to take that time. We are not bound by investor set growth and revenue goals and we're not bound by the seasonal fashion calendar.

We were nervous about how well received the All Day Bag would be amongst the crowdfunding community. Many crowdfunding insiders had shared their concern that it was a male-dominated platform and it might not be the right channel to reach our female customers, you. We were left second-guessing ourselves if this was the right way to introduce it. But we listened to our hearts and did it anyway. 

As a female co-founder and a busy woman myself, I was confident that the product would speak for itself and would find its audience. Fast forward, here we are, and we just hit our funding goal in just 30 hours. We are beyond thrilled to see you loving and appreciating the All Day Bag. We are deeply thankful for your support and contributions. This one feels magical on so many levels! Wow!

We wouldn’t be where we are if it weren’t for you all taking the leap of faith in backing the All Day Bag and also sharing the passion for beautiful and functional bags. We also wouldn’t be where we are if it weren’t for our amazing partners such as our factory, whom we have been working with since we launched Wool & Oak on January 11th, 2016. Johnathan and I always joke around that we’re today’s modern (virtual) mom and pop shop with passports and an internet connection.
