Dear backers,
It’s been a little bit over a year since our last Kickstarter campaign for the 3-in-1 All Day Bag. It has been a wild, wild ride ever since with some ups and lots of downs. We hope you and your loved ones have been well and healthy. Covid changed the way we work, live, and play. For Wool & Oak it affected the way we usually run our business. From our manufacturer, to our shipping and fulfillment partners – each and every single entity was adversely affected and with a domino effect one challenge rolled over to the next. As a small business that is not vertically integrated, we rely heavily on third party businesses. Some businesses maneuvered around the challenges with greater agility, others with less. We are currently working on better solutions for future campaigns so we can return to how we used to effectively ship worldwide prior to the pandemic. For the international customers who still have not received your items please get in touch with us. We apologize and will do everything in our power to get answers from the shippers.
At the end of the day though Wool & Oak is and always will be about you, the customer, and us. And we want to thank you not only for your utmost patience with the delays but also for your contributions to our business with your pre-orders. Now, more than ever, crowdfunding secures the sustainability of our business, of Wool & Oak. It is no exaggeration when we say that without your support we would cease to exist.
2021 has been off to a promising start. As countries all around the globe started moving towards opening up, we too are gearing up. We will re-run the crowdfunding campaign we had stopped in December 2020 for our All Day Mini starting Tuesday next week, March 23rd. The 3-in-1 All Day Mini can do both, perfectly complement the large All Day Mini specifically for those days you want to pack less. The All Day Mini is also for those of you who generally don’t travel with their laptops but maybe your iPads. We are excited for a fresh start and hope you will love the All Day Mini as much as we do!
