Hello Backers,

We’re finally here! We are at the last leg and just like all of you, we couldn’t be happier to announce that shipping will begin tomorrow and will go on for the next week. We want to thank you all for your incredible patience. It’s been a journey and quite the year. We’re happy to finish it off right and quickly get into 2021.

Because the shipping will begin tomorrow on Christmas Eve, we have been informed that our fulfillment center will only be working at 50% staff. They will resume on the 26th and continue through the following week at full strength. We should have every order out by the end of next week.

Tracking numbers:

Your order will ship but there will be a delay on receiving the tracking number due to the holidays. Once we receive them, we will send them to you asap. You will be able to track your package through your BackerKit Survey.

That’s it! We want to wish everyone a happy and healthy holiday season and a beautiful New Year.

Dear Backers,

We’re excited to share the latest news. All of the bags have been at sea for over 3 weeks and we can't wait for them to arrive safe and sound. If everything goes smoothly, we’re looking at a late November delivery. 

We will be locking all addresses on November 18th. If you think you will be moving in late November or early December please let us know and we can either A) hold your shipment and deliver at a later time or B) you can change your address via the Backerkit instructions below.

If you would like to change or confirm your address please follow these directions:

1) Click here, https://the-all-day-bag.backerkit.com

2) Use your Kickstarter email.

3) You will receive an email from Backerkit with your survey. (Be sure to check your spam/junk/promotional folder.

4) Click the "Follow this link" in the email.

5) On the top right in the new window click the " View Confirmation" button

6) On the left you will be able to change your address.

If you have any questions you may write to us at [email protected]. For any address inquiries, please follow the directions above. We have everything else on file from your Backerkit survey.

Production Update #7

Dear backers,

We hope you all are well. Sometimes we can’t believe fall/winter is just around the corner and that the holidays are rapidly approaching. The past months our manufacturing partners were busy making your beautiful bags and we’re proud to share the news that all production is now completed. Your All Day Bag is safely stowed and packed away waiting to board a ship in the port of Chennai, India. Our freight forwarding partners have estimated the sail-off time to be around October 20th. This would mean that all bags will arrive at our warehouse end of November. 

Production took a little longer but at 40% capacity we were able to get all of the bags made whilst keeping everyone safe. You’ve been very patient with the entire process and we cannot thank you enough for that. We will get in touch very soon again to lock final addresses. 

Until then we hope you stay well and enjoy the last quarter of this year.
